Notes on prices
Prices shown are for rental of the property per week in UK pounds. We will also consider longer lets in the winter months at special rates. At all holiday times a representative appointed by us will meet you at a designated place close to the villa. She will show you to the villa, show you round and answer any questions you may have. She will also be available to contact throughout your holiday in case you need assistance. The pool will be cleaned twice a week in summer and once a week at other times.
Please note: During the Months November to April there will be extra charge for Electricity for heating. You will only pay the minimum cost for the amount used. Meter readings will be taken at the beginning and end of you stay and cost calculated.
An extra cost of 10 euros per person is payable to the manager of the villa at the end of your stay for cleaning and washing of linen and towels
CHANGE OVER DAY
Changeover day is flexible and dependent on occupancy of the Villa. Departure before 10.30am, arrival after 4pm.
Booking notes
The price is for the villa sleeping 8 persons an extra charge will be made for any additional persons of £25 per week to a maximum of 10 persons in the villa at any one time. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, the remaining 75% is payable 8 weeks before departure. A £100 refundable damage deposit is also required payable on arrival at the villa. A charge of 10 Euros per person is payable to the person managing the villa for cleaning and Laundry at the end of your stay.
